  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

1.2 Shipping and Delivery Timeframes:

  • Once processed, delivery typically takes between 4 to 15 business days.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping destination, carrier availability, and other factors outside of our control.

1.3 Extended Delivery Timeframes:

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 35 business days. If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the date of purchase, you must notify us promptly at support@jerseyvault.net for assistance.
  • Please note that Jersey Vault is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
    • Delays in customs clearance.
    • Issues related to third-party carriers.

2. Possible Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays.
  • Jersey Vault assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays, including but not limited to financial or personal inconvenience.

3. Order Tracking

  • Upon processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • You can track your order using your order number and the email address used during checkout on our designated order tracking page.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and notify us of any discrepancies or issues.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Jersey Vault is not liable for delivery delays, misdelivery, or loss of shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • In the event of an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped to the correct address, if possible.

5. Non-Delivery and Lost Packages

  • If your order has not been delivered within 35 business days from the date of purchase, please contact us at support@jerseyvault.net
  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolutions may include:
    • Replacement of the lost item.
    • Refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
  • Jersey Vault reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the findings of the carrier investigation.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Jersey Vault is not responsible for:
    • Delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.
    • Loss or theft of packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.
  • Jersey Vault's maximum liability in connection with any shipping issue is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected product, at our discretion.
